Scab on chickens wattle

Is this from getting pecked at by another chicken or something else? I noticed it yesterday, but couldn’t get close enough to her to take a picture of it till this morning. That’s the only spot on her and no spots on any of the other chickens combs or wattles. Should I be putting some A&D on it or anything? Thank you.

That just looks like a peck mark, it's totally normal.

Hard to know if it's a peck or a spot on dry pox or a wound from a sharp mesh end.
Either way, best to leave it alone, but keep an eye on it in case it becomes infected.
