scaly leg mites

Today ive gone to treat my flock For scally leg mites. ITS really really bad can it be fixed?
Im not sure how long they have had them for. i wasnt even aware they had them. If it wasnt for some one on BYC that told me after my post on asking what breed my chicken was.
so after doing so research ive come to realize that its so bad there feet have huge scales on them and some are bleeding. .
I Also have some kind of tiny tiny bugs on a chicken coop that i recently had a hen hatch babies in. im wondering if they are mites?
my chickens also have red raw bum holes (sorry to be graphic) my question is is that normal? ive never actually looked but im assuming that its not a good thing BUT what is causing it?

The white eggs you are seeing looks like poultry lice.
