Hey guys! Am surprised nobody has ever raised this up before.. unless I'm missing something! I know it's a pretty grose subject.. and it might send shivers down your spine thinking of it.. or keep you awake at night for days on end.. but we all have to deal with it and I thought it might be fun and interesting if some of you contribute your stories. I know for me, caecal poops are always scary....and it's horrific when you take a wrong step and get them on your boots...:th

I swear mine lay traps for me to step in. 🤮

:woot Cheap fake crocks just for the coop! Easy to kick out of and hose down.

Not scary but hilarious to me....
My ex mother in law (not an animal person) had stopped in a couple days after I had assisted a gosling out of the shell. I had him in my lap feeding him (he had a twisted bill) and well he did what a fed gosling does right in my lap. She was HORRIFIED. I was laughing because her reaction was over the top.
 I am washable and so were the jeans I had on.

:)I prefer to go bare foot outside :) . I hate shoes,:) but my feet are more washable than shoes and I have developed a keen eye and careful step.:)

I just washing one of my ladies in the sink when I got company. You would have thought I was committing a cardinal sin having a chicken in the house. I was in a stressed state over my girl anyway so I popped her out of the sink wrapped ,her in the towel, and right on my shoe she dropped a bomb! Nice and sloppy. I just smiled and kicked my shoe out the back door and sat down with said chicken. They haven't been over since.

My chickens like to do it specifically when my brothers are around because I think they have figured out it grosses than out to the utter most.

I totally wash my chickens in the kitchen sink... honestly, we should take pics and tag the CDC! 🤣

All of them would scream, so no, that is not a good idea... We would probably be told how to wash our hands, and wear gloves whenever handling chickens...
And to never bring them in the house! 20201231_104718.jpg
