Scary amount of bloody diarrhea! Just left the Avian Vet with Phosphorus and negative stool sample tests for parasites and Cocc. Please HELP!

Undiluted Corid or amprollium can be given as a boost dose once or twice a day at 0.1 ml per pound of weight. But it is always given in the water as well. Dosage is 2 tsp of the Corid liquid or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water for 5 days. It is found in feed stores in the catrle medicines. Food can be sprinkled with the medicated Corid water if they are eating. I also wonder about the phosphorus suggestion. Did they give it to you or tell you to buy it? Phosphorus is in a lot of foods, and the balance of calcium and phosphorus is important to keep in the right balance.

Thank you, @Eggcessive !

Update: done oral flush twice by mouth, also in water correct dosage, and they have gone from huddled with eyes closed for 2 days, to all of them eating again and chirping!
I hope I can get them healed with this stuff, using daily.
Thanks again.
Thank you for the update. Is their poop clearing up?

Prayers for you and your peeps!

Yes I’m noticing the poop is only bloody (mostly blood, and white mucus) in the mornings. Yesterday they all 3 had solid brown poo during the day and were finally eating and moving into the sunshine instead of sitting huddled up together not moving around. Thank you! They are 10 weeks old. My little silkie rooster has stopped crowing, and it’s the saddest thing! Hoping I can get them relief.
