School project - Simple Survey of McMurray Hatchery.

Hello all,

I am a college student this sememster and I need to write an evaluation paper for my ENG111 class. Since it's about that time of year, I've decided to evaluate McMurray Hatchery. I am attempting to determine if McMurray is adequately meeting the needs of today's hobby farmer. If you have been a past or current customer of McMurray, could you please spare a minute to answer the following questions?

The reviews are helpful, but the paper requires that I compare the answers to the survey. So I really need the answers to the specific questions.

10. Lower their darn prices! Also what fasbendera said would be excellent. They also didn't send me a "rare" chick. It was actually the most used chicken in the world.

10) The others said what I was going to say, there prices are getting too high, they just keep going up each year. And they need actual real life photes of THEIR birds (not birds of the net or show birds like some hatcheries use), instead of the artist rendered photes they have now.

4. Was this your first purchase with McMurray? No, we've gotten two different purchases from them.

6. What were the determining factors that made you choose McMurray? We had their catalog and wanted poultry; we were amazed as to the variety of breeds they had and loved the info on them. We were new to the whole thing, and didn't know better on getting from a breeder.

7. Have you had any issues with your orders? If so were they resolved to your satisfaction?
Yes I had issues - The birds often died. No, it was not solved. Our second batch had a better rate of survival but we still had losses.

10. How can McMurray improve to serve you better?

Get better birds with better quality, have actual images in their catalog, and prevent epidemics in their stock
