I'm curious, how many of you have to help your child bake stuff for school projects?

This was my son's project (5th grade) - The edible cell project. They had to make something and label all the parts of a cell with food items. We did a German Chocolate cake, from scratch of course. Then they got to share their food with the class.

That's pretty cool. Good job.

Now I'm ready for a big ol' slice of cell for breakfast.

It was really interesting to see what the kids came up with. Some had pizza, some jello (with M&M's in it

), someone hollowed out a round bread roll and used that, cakes, cookies, etc.
