Scissor Beak Roo

Good day to everyone! I have a 1-year-old rooster that has a scissor beak. I've reach out to all of my veterinarians in the area & no vet is willing to assist. He was eating fine despite his condition but now his beak has grown more & that makes it even harder pick up food. I have noticed that he has lost some weight. I have come to the decision that I will have to feed him by hand now. My question is what is the best way to feed him? What do I feed him with? I'm thinking I'm going to have to use a syringe. Does anybody have any tips or suggestions on what kind of food to put in the syringe? I would greatly appreciate any info on this! Thank you to all & I hope you have a beautiful day!

His beak can be trimmed. That plus providing moistened feed in a deep dish will make it easier for him to eat.

I did clip & file his beak about 6 months ago but it didn't help. I tried filing the bottom beak (longer than the top beak) yesterday but that didn't help. I do offer him fermented soft mash wet feed, regular feed that's chopped up, eggs, wet sticky oatmeal with feed in it but he just doesn't get enough. I feel I have to intervene because he's losing weight. So that's why I thought the best way to do it would be to hand feed him with a syringe. I just wanted to thank you again for responding! I did something called chicken torpedo feeding with my crossbeak girl till she figured out her own tricks. You mix crumble feed, raw egg, chick grit, and coconut oil together and chill it for a couple of hours. I don't remember the measurements though, but if you look up "Crossbeak chicken torpedo feeding" you should get a youtube tutorial.
