I see no comb or wattles so I would think pullet, that is quite the crest. The laced varieties have a more disheveled crest than the neat and tidy white crested varieties.
I would agree, you have one of each.I am assuming the first one is a rooster due to the spikes on the crest and the other is a pullet since the crest is smoother. I hatched them on April 6th so no crowing yet. Do you agree?
There is no sign of wattles that I can see yet (at 9 weeks) ... hopefully she just has a wild 'do! It actually is a little tamer than it looks here (but not much)!!I don't know..... Polish roosters have more spiky feathers as top hats, and hens have more rounded nice feathers. I guess you will just have to see.
