scratching/lice,mites,fleas?

this has been going on 4 almost 2mths, have tried ACV, he hates his pool but i try to hold him in and calm him down long enough 2 drown the critters, i have done damage control in intervals so he still has oil 2 be H2O proof, Dawn and flea, mites & lice tx but someone stranded him at the college pond & he was thristy but afraid of the pond so i brought him home now i need some help because i try 2 get down in the feathers but i keep seeing these little black buggers, i try 2 put flea powder down 2 tx the area but he will just change where he sleeps,...?????
 
Invest in a cheap bottle of a permethrin based spray.
Treat both the bird and the coop, concentrate on the cracks of the coop.

i don t have a coop b/c this was suppose 2 b a temp cuz i don t want him 2 n alone, he has a teddy bear 2 take out his "frustration",..so where do i buy this stuff & does it wk on lice if that is the culprut?

Does this attach to the hose? Or do you make your own solution, and scrub?
I have discovered a new hen has scaly mites and I found lice nits around her vent. I didn't see any critters scatter when going through her.
So very upsetting when I worked hard to keep my chickens safe :/ however reading I've learned it happens to the cleanest of chicken keepers

I haven't seen one that attaches to a hose.
There are some that can be sprayed right out of the bottle and there are some that need to be mixed with water then sprayed.
Think cheap spray bottle ..add the concentrate and water then spray.
