I got him and his 2 hens last night. Yeah, i think maybe the dominant hen pecks him and the other hen. And he pecks the subordinate hen. I'm not sure if that's the main cause. I don't know what living conditions they've had, or how many other chickens (or roos) they lived with.I don't suspect it if you don't have another roo, but are your gals hurting him
