Can I ask a question here? Anytime I post on other threads with serious questions, I rarely get an answer unless it's from some of you anyway. Both my black Orp girls started laying at about 5 1/2 months, which surprised me. I thought it was a little early for Orps. Katia has continued to lay steadily and well - 5-6 eggs a week. Valentina laid about 3 almost white eggs a week for maybe 3 - 4 weeks and then stopped. I haven't had an egg from her in over a month. I checked to see if anything was stuck, nada. She seems fine otherwise, although her tail tends to be down rather than up. Isn't she too young to have internal egg issues? Any ideas?
