Laura, thank you for the jam...although I have not seen it since I took it from the box and said "ooooh banana..." DH snatched it saying "that must be mine" I also heard a thank you from off in the distance. Hahahaha

Cheyenne has her first date so to speak Jan 14th.. The afjrotc ball. We just went shopping and found her dress....a basic black Alfred Sung cocktail dress that is adorable on her. Thank gosh I got an incredible deal on the dress.

Nutmeg laid her first egg today. Woot. I am hoping because I cannot figure out who else could have laid in her area without needing help getting back out.

No pics today as we had horrid winds here and no one went outside. And the Goober has gone outside to go potty and took off chasing a deer...idiot has been home an hour now and I am not going out looking for him in this cold so the clock is ticking for him sleeping out in the cold tonight.

Well she is excited about the ball but its not really a date per se aside from she will be at the dance.portion without one of us. However, it should be.noted that the boy has been talked to and threatened appropriately...including the fact that he has been advised my rifle now has a.pouch attached.that holds two more clips for a.total of 45 rounds on the rifle itself plus another 30 that fit in my rear jeans pockets. He cam run but never get away should any of his body parts touch her in any inappropriate manner. He responded with a "yes Mrs smith I completely understand" I said "I sincerely hope so for your sake". He did not even want to know about Mr Smith's position which I explained was.much easier because I was the one to worry about anyway.

You mean that goober of a dog is still out there? Omigosh, I'm worried! I love that dog. Let us know when he comes home. What is wrong with him? It's cold and windy here today, but sunny. Still, can't feel the warmth of the sun due to the howling wind. Temps will plummet tonight.

The Tiny Terrorist is walking better so her leg must be healing up. Will leave her in the hospital cage at least one more day, I think, then put her back with the flock.

Oh no the Goober came running up front porch about midnight...the idiot. I kicked his backside for him too! He has been lying quietly on his bed all day. Sorry should have updated. BTW d'anver post for you

Here is Little man who is 6 weeks post injury aka 6 weeks Hector using him as a step stool....I found Hector standing on top of him at the feeder. His leg is healing just slow...legs seem to take forever to heal
