Once the chickens went to roost, these guys came to visit tonight. I chased them away.

Our neighbor did hatch some. Well, actually, took them after they were hatched. They stayed around for a year or two, then left.
I don't mind them if they would stay out of my yard. I do not like them in my yard! They should stay down there ......

They hang around our church building and you might think they're beautiful until you have your kids step on one of those shot gun shell sized poops they leave behind. With no snow this year they didn't fly south, north or where- ever they go.

I ordered chicks from PH yesterday. Have to wait til April or May though. Which is fine. Lots to do here , always. Creative people are never neat. Or sane for that matter.

Some people!! My DH tells me yesterday that his best friend and wife were supposed to come friday but are coming today. Nobody comes. I ask DH about it (6pm) and he said they can't make it they'll come tomorrow (sunday). As much as I really like them, I have plans to ride my horse tomorrow. I couldn't today, I was waiting for company.
