Kathy you should be so ashamed of yourself! Giving away a girl that loved you and the family so much that all she wanted was to stand on you and get hugs...what were you thinking? Why did you not just send her to me to keep Cannonball company? I am shocked at your behavior to say the least. I will not tell cannonball of your treachery or she may never call your birds to chat again.

Now an update:

1. I have not pulled any more of my own teeth
2. We met with mortgage broker and turned in our application and got our huge list of documents to gather (we are going for a VA home loan)
3. I am feeling a little bit better
4. I got special papers in the mail today making Beth's horse, Joleta Bey actually mine

5. I just received the sweetest telephone call from Wegotchickens, offering to stop by our town and take Cheyenne with them to the Ohio ...she will be the guest of Wegot's DD and Cheyenne will get to attend her first ever poultry show in November with some really great hosts


So today was a good day!



PS: Who would like to be the first to test hatch eggs from the one and only.... Spike and his girls, Rose and Blossom?

The cochin is not laying yet so I have pure porcelain eggs

Cetawin, check your email! You got something else today, too. I am SO glad the papers made it there! Send them in to the registry ASAP so you have them officially in your name before she leaves WI. Whew!

That is a great list- and DH and I will be in Ohio to make sure Cheyenne behaves if there are any good looking junior exhibitors around. Can't have too many chaperons, can you? And if Kathy manages to get there, Cheyenne will be in real trouble. She will not be allowed to take her eyes off chickens.

I am meeting Gloria Jean tomorrow to get her pretty splash grand daughter of Suede!

I already promised that Cheyenne wouldn't bring home any birds. I'm betting it's my own DD that wants to stalk boys, and Cheyenne that drags her off to drool over birds she can't have.

It would be sooooo funny to have them escape my eye and end up watched by everyone else!

Lori...just about everyone knows what Cheyenne looks like and Beth is meeting her the day before you pick her up so she will be fresh on Beth's mind too....they can run but they cannot hide! muahahahahahaha


Beth, I shall mail them out first thing Monday morning and I actually got two emails today giving me the other news.

I am so excited I can barely stand it. I still have much to do but I have to get over this icky stuff first...but I will have a secure place for her when she arrives to receive her first lessons in DIVAship.

That is awesome to get a splash...I did not want a splash boy but my Thor was gorgeously marked and P-E-R-F-E-C-T as a son of Suede should be.

Now Beth you know you want some. To be honest...I really love them. Spike is just awesome...the little man. They are so sweet too, they are even friendlier than my silkies. AND they do not need much room...I have 8 eggs here....*little voice in Beth's ear Just Do It Beth*
