Paypal has replied, about the Coronations. This is what they said:

Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User
Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It
does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods
received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a
refund.

I'm with ya Kathy. I hate PayPal too! They're less than worthless when it comes to resolving a dispute, and even worse when it comes to reclaiming money lost in a scam!

So, what are you going to do now? What a shame that Utah isn't much closer to me. I'd be happy to take a drive down there and sit on her porch until she either coughed up the appropriate birds, or the money. Personally, I'd prefer to see her give you a complete and total refund of EVERYTHING! that you have paid for, plus a bit extra for all of the anguish and frustration you've had to suffer in dealing with her. She's either a complete incompetent, or she's one of the scamming-est little creeps to ooze out of the pond scum in some time! Either way, she needs to pay! And pay dearly! I hope you can salvage at least something out of all of this Kathy. I'm just not sure what it could be though.

By the way, how are my little babies and their mama doing? I'm still plugging away on things on my end. Just so that ya know I'm still headed in that direction!

Just been so dadgum busy trying to tackle each and every issue, all at the same time. I haven't even had a chance to think about names for the little sweeties yet! Of course, anything I picked out now would probably be subject to change once I have them here and get to know them. It just wouldn't do to name the mama Elenore when she's obviously a Prudence!

Well, just crap, Kathy! That's awful. I don't use paypal myself but I understand the convenience of it for things like this, when it works well.

Do you pull paypal funds out of your credit card or bank account? If it was my credit card, I would contact them. Doing so will get your paypal account closed if they actually dispute the charges, fyi. But for HUNDREDS of dollars, I would do so. then open a new paypal account under hubby's name or something if you need it in the future.

The goods you bought WERE NOT SHIPPED. You never received what you bought. You were sent something else, perhaps mistakenly, perhaps not. You never received your coronation sussex eggs or chicks. How is this not a problem? Does this mean I can sell BLOCKS OF GOLD and when someone buys one, I'll ship them a block of Crap........and paypal won't do anything about it? How is that different?

How is it that I hear all of these complaints from sellers about paypal refunding egg buyers money..........and now you are having these problems. What the frig........



Call and yell. that is my opinion.

I still say contact the AG in her and your state. See what they can do.

Me personally I send checks but make sure I have enough to fly down there and if you screw me I'll be knocking at your door. Not really but if you don't trust me enough to cash my check I don't trust you enough to buy your eggs. I do recall your saying she had a po box? I'd smell a rat at that point.

Look, Kathy, if not for yourself, then for all of your fellow chicken enthusiasts, you need to make it well known who screwed you over. I know you don't want to hurt anyone. I could be wrong about this person and her motives or intentions. But the hairs on the back of my neck are telling me otherwise! Please Kathy, pursue this to the highest levels. She needs to learn right away that her little scam isn't going to make her rich and that there's a very high price to pay for this kind of dishonesty. She's counting on you to not do a thing about this. This is how these scam artists work, ya know! They count on a certain level of complacent apathy in their victims. It's how they continually get away with it! I do so hope and pray that you can get this resolved to your favor and satisfaction.

I've got three dollars hangin on my fridge from the neighbor lady and I won't put it in the offering box at church til she gets her doz eggs.
Yet when this woman gets it in the butt, she'll moan "why me?" Well if she'd ask me I'd tell her good and proper!

Nothing in this world is worth more than your good name. Live your life in such a way that if someone should say something bad about you, no one will beleive them.
