Paypal has replied, about the Coronations. This is what they said:

I'm with ya Kathy. I hate PayPal too! They're less than worthless when it comes to resolving a dispute, and even worse when it comes to reclaiming money lost in a scam!
So, what are you going to do now? What a shame that Utah isn't much closer to me. I'd be happy to take a drive down there and sit on her porch until she either coughed up the appropriate birds, or the money. Personally, I'd prefer to see her give you a complete and total refund of EVERYTHING! that you have paid for, plus a bit extra for all of the anguish and frustration you've had to suffer in dealing with her. She's either a complete incompetent, or she's one of the scamming-est little creeps to ooze out of the pond scum in some time! Either way, she needs to pay! And pay dearly! I hope you can salvage at least something out of all of this Kathy. I'm just not sure what it could be though.
By the way, how are my little babies and their mama doing? I'm still plugging away on things on my end. Just so that ya know I'm still headed in that direction!
Just been so dadgum busy trying to tackle each and every issue, all at the same time. I haven't even had a chance to think about names for the little sweeties yet! Of course, anything I picked out now would probably be subject to change once I have them here and get to know them. It just wouldn't do to name the mama Elenore when she's obviously a Prudence!

Well, just crap, Kathy! That's awful. I don't use paypal myself but I understand the convenience of it for things like this, when it works well.
Do you pull paypal funds out of your credit card or bank account? If it was my credit card, I would contact them. Doing so will get your paypal account closed if they actually dispute the charges, fyi. But for HUNDREDS of dollars, I would do so. then open a new paypal account under hubby's name or something if you need it in the future.

The goods you bought WERE NOT SHIPPED. You never received what you bought. You were sent something else, perhaps mistakenly, perhaps not. You never received your coronation sussex eggs or chicks. How is this not a problem? Does this mean I can sell BLOCKS OF GOLD and when someone buys one, I'll ship them a block of Crap........and paypal won't do anything about it? How is that different?

I still say contact the AG in her and your state. See what they can do.
Me personally I send checks but make sure I have enough to fly down there and if you screw me I'll be knocking at your door. Not really but if you don't trust me enough to cash my check I don't trust you enough to buy your eggs. I do recall your saying she had a po box? I'd smell a rat at that point.
