Empty pens! Did you ever think you would say "empty pens" and mean YOUR OWN?

When the weather gets ugly you are going to be loving life having less to do! Not to mention, i bet your feed bill is already half of what it was before.

I am proud ..... as well as sad! I am gonna miss these guys leaving tomorrow.

I know it is gonna be so much easier, and I look forward to sitting in my lawn chair again, and watching them range. I miss that, as I was so busy working, I could hardly sit and enjoy.

THAT is exactly how it has been here! YES ! ! ! I do want to breed the BR, NH, and project pen. I am gonna keep that going, as I enjoy it.

I have some really pretty birds, and I just don't HAVE to breed them. I can let them all live in the layers coop together and I can enjoy the variety. Sometime, if I want a few more.... well, then I can still hatch a few. For now, I am happy with a few of each. I like the variety I have.
