Haha... I sneezed on my elbow.
I want to show you guys what my yard looks like. I haven't exactly measured it yet. It's been raining all week and is disgusting! I scrubbed the feeder and waterer, raked the run a little, moved the feeder to a dry space, changed the bedding and collected eggs. It some pics when I was done. Tomorrow the whole run will become sand... We will see how that goes!
The coop today (yes, this was going to be the bantam coop)
The chicken tractor (will still be a hospital)
Stuff I could use (this will go to some new storage shelves in the garage)
This is rougly 1/4 of my yard, the chicken yard.
Where the shed should go (picnic table from preschool will be moved)
Some random space behind the bantam run... NellaBean brooder maybe? Little Broody pen?
Wood from my last project!
Hardware cloth I just found...
The produce garden #1... currently empty, obviously, only in use in spring/summer
Brooder...
Brooder location, music studio room. In fact the heat lamp us connected to a mic stand.
What the chicks are fed...
The dogs are soaked!
The eggs I collected... Amelia was laying when I got these. I think the one in the middle could be a double yolker from Lily. Will update on that.
Tada! And then I have two shows today and rehearsal all afternoon...
Now Jess and I are chillin' on the studio couch, and I'm eating Mexican, trying to get my stage make up off.
ETA: The girls stayed nice and dry under the coop...
And the chicks...
