I have to drive tomorrow, I don't usually drive in the winter but the roads are clear and DH is stacking more wood to sell so he cannot take me to town.

Speaking of late night calls....I'd best be calling my friend down in New Orleans, or we won't finish that one up at a reasonable hour either! You two ladies are certainly a pair to draw too!!! Thank heaven's for a limited battery life!!

Beth.....that stinker girl has escaped twice today! This morning she was in the front yard and when she saw me at the window she casually walked down to the barn, stopped and looked back, looked at the barn and looked back with this look that screamed "Breakfast Time Shake a Leg Woman"...so I assumed Cheyenne forgot to latch the gate to her stall....oh no Miss Bad Girl left teeth marks to prove she has been working on this latch opening scheme for a few days. She used her teeth to squeeze the latch and pulled and tugged until she got it off the chain! So she was back outside about 5 pm and she ate 2 and half flakes of straight alfalfa.

So, I am checking on her every 15 - 20 minutes and I threatened her too, yes I did. I told her "JoJo if you founder from this stunt, when I get you fixed up, I swear I will dye your hair neon green and parade you around for everyone to giggle at you, you bad girl!" She pouted so I know she understood me.

I will take pics tomorrow of the latch she opened.... I swear I am going to have to put three padlocks on that stall.

Oh and get this...this morning, Cheyenne went out to put her up and she walked over and got her dinner plate and Jo walked right behind her and into the stall...however, in the evening escape, Jo was having nothing to do with that sneaky kid's tricks so she had to come ger her daddy to put the Diva up.

She is too smart for her own good!
