Everybody loves Gypsy! Riley's son goes beak to beak with Gypsy. She wasn't being aggressive at all, just fascinated with him as much as he was with her.

No, Gypsy is one of my lap chickens. Riley is my blue barred EE hen (BR x Ameraucana).

I add Manna Pro, which is very small pellet, half the size of a regular pellet, to their crumbles. It is 22%, has anise and smells divine, and is formulated to specifically help grow gorgeous feathers. Supposedly meant for show birds, it has been a totally wonderful additive for my birds- the two in the brooder, that aren't getting jumped by a rooster look great. And it is such a small pellet, they eat it easily.
