Nope sex changes are not my thing but breaking a broody sure is. I just give her eggs I want her to hatch and they leave the nest.

The material is sitting around here having been left over from other projects and it is a nice cotton....soooo think my girls will jazz in saddles like those?

Ah the humidity...well I just have the Eco 20 as well and humidity in the recent weather has abeen a hassle....this afternoon it was down to 33% so I added a tablespoon of water and it was just up to 75% so I lifted the lid and opened the vent all the way to lower it....

The last two hatches it held perfect but this all over the danged place. grrrrrrrrrrrr

Well, I have 2 of them. I used the one and was not happy with it. So, I thought I would try the other one. Same thing...... I am now just using them as a recovery room. When chicks hatch in the Genesis, I pull them out and let them fluff up in the recovery room Brinsea, so they aren't all over the other eggs. I will never recommend them. They may be good with the humidity pump. But I didn't want the added expense. I just love the Genesis. It keeps the humidity right where I want it.

Not enough of it for a quilt...well maybe the floral not sure. The blue with the warrior's face was used as the lining in a buckskin beaded vest I made for a friend, and the others were used to line buckskin beaded bags. But I was thinking...I like the fabric and the girls could all use saddles soooooo LOL
