Searching for Gold Duckwing Welsummers and Partridge Barnevelders

Would love to breed some wonderfull Dutch chickens like Welsummers and Barnevelders..
Who do you suggest as hatcheries or are there any forum members that would love to sell just hached chicks...
I've been looking arround for the gold duckwing welsummer, would especially love to breed them and see them more in the West.
Can anyone help me...

Large fowl or bantam sizes?

There are NO large fowl but two breeders I know of have Gold Duckwing Welsummer bantams. Pretty as they may be but they are not accepted in the APA and probably would not near future.

LF rather then Bantams but if there is no LF available Bantams would be great.
Why are they not APA approved?
Please give me the info of the two bantam breeders.
