i might be doing something wrong but on the new site I can't seem to find anything when I search. I have tried putting it in quotations but I still get everything but what I am looking for. The ironic part is that if I Google it I get tons of references back for Backyard Chickens!
Is it me or?

Try clicking on 'title only" and sort by "relevance".

That used to help a great deal in the old advanced search....not so much any more.

It would appear that "relevance" is the key.
When I started doing that in the title I got all, or more, than I was looking for.

I'll have to try clicking 'relevance' more often...didn't find it helped much in the past.
One thing I do is only search 'Threads and Posts', that did seem to help.

To help us improve our search, we need really specific use-cases, for example:

I was searching for this thread <link to thread>
and I used these search phrases / words: <words/phrases>
I had the following search options selected / changed: <example options>

or

I'm looking for information about <xyz> and used this exact search phrase: <exact words searched> and didn't see any results that were even close to what I was looking for.
