Sebastopol Geese Photo Thief

Somebody kindly sent me a heads up that somebody is using a photo of mine without my permission on their website's home page (bottom right in gold frame).
I looked on their "geese' page and I swear I've seen those other 2 pics before and I bet they aren't theirs as well. Kat? Foleys?

I've had this happen before and some people have even stolen my text and breed descriptions.
I had one party ask if they could use my Ameraucana article and I said sure as long as they
gave me credit...well she used parts of my article and made it her own!

When I told her thats not what i agreed to she actually argued with me and told me she could do
what she wanted with my article since I gave her permission to use it.
ARGH! People can be such *Bleeps*!

I found one of your photos there too, or is that Kat's?

The one in the gold frame is mine.
I think the one with the pair of geese w/ goslings is from Feathersite
and the one single goose I think is Foleys or Kats.

They must have changed it up because the gold framed picture either isn't there or I can't find it.
Either way, that is NOT COOL!

I don't think the Mods can do anything to another site but if it is a BYC member, maybe they can step in and do some educating...
