Sebright roos. Which one has best traits?

If both the males had been rose-combed the answer would have been that they are much too young to determine which one should be used for breeding. However, since one of them has a single comb, it is an easy decision to make.

In Sebrights, the single comb is a disqualification at shows.

If you wanted to help to pop you should probably envest in pure sebrights, but if you are doing this for fun it probably doesn't mader unless you want pure sebrights.
