Your Sebright/silkies hen is so GEORGOUS!
What color silkie Did you bred with the sebright?
I have 3 Silkies myself, They re a hens and they are with my 3 Nankins Bantams, 2 roosters of nankin, 1 nankin hen.
I cant wait until see their babies look like.

im not sure what they were bred with. but my best guess is a black silkie rooster and a silver sebright hen.

A black silki would might not have the the gene for the lacing so my guess would be partridge or porcaline (however you spell it

) Love silki crosses tho, my friend has one that is black with white lacing out of her partridge silki girl and blue laced red bantam wyandotte. Too cute.

What are the general temperments like on Sebright roos? I have two silver roos, one is aggressive and the other mellow. The are identical otherwise.

they are ok. my silver one is perfectly fine. my golden one has never gotten agressive except for when he got annoyed at the camera one time and started pecking it. i just stood up to him though until he gave up and hes fine now.

Are your sebright roosters loud compared to others?

Mine are high pitched, like a small dog's bark compared to a large dog's bark.

My roo is pretty squeeky, but not annoying. Not near as loud as some of my large birds
