Usually Sebright female chicks don’t have prominent or pinkish combs like that. How old is it?

That's a cockerel, pullets would have pale combs, not bright red, or pink.

This is completely false. Until they're old enough to develop male specific feathering, the comb and wattles are the most reliable way to sex.

And Sebrights don’t have male feathering, the males are ‘hen-feathered.’

In Sebrights, comb is the main indicator since the boys are hen-feathered. They will not have different feathering than the girls.

In Sebright pullets, the comb won’t redden up until she is POL. I think this is a boy.
