Okay, okay! Settle down you all! I had it right on my handwritten list, but my fingers were thinking about something else. It's fixed and Dar is added. I think I like the idea of taking prisoners, we may have just started a new tradition........

Maybe my turkey will throw me an egg or two. I have to figure out if she changed where she was laying. She laid an egg about a week ago and none since then, but we have been really cold here so maybe she isn't ready or she's hiding them.

So what kind of contests and fun are we gonna be looking forward to? Or is it too early to ask? I can tell you all are gonna be a fun bunch to hatch with. This is my first time hatching turkeys eggs and I am super excited I am gonna set my first practice batch in this Sat hopefully 14-16 eggs and chicken eggs a week later(Im overly excited for that because my Marans just laid her first egg, oh such a pretty egg, I cant wait to hatch Marans).

Oh wow, their eggs are even reddish. All right, pink but its close. My RP hen lays very different looking eggs than that.

Okay, I am taking nominations for who I need to commandeer for the Turkey Hatch. Like with JD and SCG, I will send them a PM informing them that they are joining this Hatchathon. I think it will be a first! Yinepu is top of the list. Think 'loads of fun' or 'turkey expert.' Anyone else?
