Second Opinion Needed!

Hi there! I just received two (supposed) pullets from a friend a couple of weeks ago. They are about 10 weeks old, a Buckeye and a Blue Laced Red Wyandotte. I am thinking that I have at least one rooster (boo hiss). I would just like a second opinion before I try and re-home them. I live in town and cannot keep roosters. Thanks for your help BYC!

They look like pullets to me.

The one I'm really concerned about is the Buckeye. That looks like the beginning of sickle feathers to me. Or is 10 weeks too young and it's just a wonky tail feather?
