Our sickness started a few days ago with one hen. All Hens are 2 years old. We were leaning towards impacted crop/sour crop. Listless, fluffy, tail down, not eating much. We never saw any droppings. I thought I could feel a small lump in her crop that didn't seem to break up with massage. She started drinking well, then died 2 days ago. Today a second hen began acting "off". Last night she stood on the roost all night, wouldn't sit on her hocks. Today slightly listless and chirps lightly when feeling for lumps etc. Not like her. We brought her to the garage and she ate some scrambled egg, and a couple breaks of water with apple cider vinegar. Then we got our poop sample on floor. Doesn't look good. Liquid white with some mucus. We took a sample to our vet to send off for fecal float. In the mean time, wondering if any suggestions. I'm thinking of starting Corid 9.6, but maybe a broad spectrum antibiotic. Thoughts?? We don't have any farm/poultry vets within 6 hours. They are few and far...

Just put vegetable oil or coconut oil in a dropper and put it in her mouth and repeat every day or every 2 days depending how bad she is
I don't believe this one has impacted crop or sour crop. That was the other one. I'm not sure what the chances are that I would have 2 in three days with that problem. I'm now starting to wonder if the picture looks more like Broken Egg. That might explain her not wanting to sit on the roost if by chance she's got broken shells. I didn't see it personally I only saw the picture.
