My beds calling me. I guess I'll just have to wait till morning to hear what happened. I know I'll wake up in the middle of the night and have to check it out, but for now I can't hold my head up anymore.

I think we are all going to need a support group for this, even after it's all over....that poor girl has to be exhausted!! She has to hatch at least one fuzzy butt!!

It's 1:16 pm Tuesday here...I've got heaps of time to wait for the peeps.

This was probably one of the most difficult things to face as a pet owner. I decided to start opening some of the eggs that were on the outskirts of Big Momma. All in all I opened about 19 eggs. Of those eggs that were cracked open most were black and rotten.

Some were only partially developed, what I think would be about a week's development. The hardest were two of the ones I cracked open made some movement.

Those two were no where near being ready though.

I have left 8 eggs under her for now. My thought right now is to exchange those eggs tomorrow with fresh eggs and see if she will sit for another 21 days.

Thoughts???

I feel like it was more my fault than anything and I should have never left 32 eggs under her.
