It just happened to me just now. I had to log off and come back on. still did it.
I went and answered a private email and then tried byc again and it let me come on..
I have Chrome.

Your browser probably had a cached IP address for Cloudflare. It's a 300 second cache value on the IP addresses.

(BTW, if it's a consolation... nobody gets more stressed and upset about not being able to access BYC as much as I do!)
