I can’t grow hot pepper plants for the life of me.

I’m the same way especially from seeds but every year I try it again.

I can’t grow hot pepper plants for the life of me. I bought a habanero plant and it looks super sad. I live in zone 8 Sw Nevada. What am I doing wrong? My other seeds I grow in a grow tent so I can grow all year and not have bolt with summer heat.

I’ve always struggled with habaneros. I’ve always bought plants and it seems they look awful until late summer and then they seem to thrive and do ok. But I don’t get to harvest a whole lot before the first frost hits.

This year I did habaneros from seed, I still have them in for now. But seems to be the same, they don’t look like they’re doing good. Fingers crossed they all of a sudden thrive.

My habaneros don't seem to do well from seed either. I have one pot with two tiny little sprouts, and nothing ever came up in the other pot.

I usually end up buying a habanero plant too.
