I have the start of a lavender project for sale! In the BST section. My isabel Silkie hasn't laid a fertile egg for me, and if she's folowing last year's pattern (a dozen eggs, then broody), she won't lay anymore for the rest of the year. I'm no longer interested in showing featherlegs, because I don't have the heart to do what is required for them to be in show condidtion. They love running around in the yard and playing in the brushpile too much! I'm hoping to get a few more eggs to try and hatch from the girls, but I imagine they'd be much more appreciated at someone else's farm! I'll be sad to see them go.
