Self blue OEGB...getting tan in wings?

Sora is a self blue oegb from Ideal...he just started getting these tan feathers popping theough on his wings!!! Is he not OEGB?? Does he have leakage? Only thing i found when googling was Isabela...but not sure thats anything youd get from a hatchery. He also has darker speckling on his head and neck feathers!

that's gold leakage. it might Surprice a few but Extended black on it's own is not a guarantee for a solid black bird and most Extended Black birds have melanizers like Melanotic and Charcoal
