I have been one over the years to call supervisors in a wide array of providers over poor service or a perceived bad attitude. It is agreed that we should all do our jobs cheerfully and not inject our opinions into the workplace. Unfortunately, I do not live up to that standard 100% of the time and can now see how wrong it is to go for the jugular right away. No one so far has mentioned giving this clerk the benefit of the doubt, how dare she disagree with the collective thought of the day.
