Seller Rant

Well after I contacted her again today and asked about it, I got it in the mail this afternoon. So I had to contact her again and tell her nevermind.

It wasn't as in good as shape as it stated, and it still took 4 weeks to get it here with 1-2 day shipping but I'm just so thankful it's here.

I guess I will give her good feedback. Everyone makes mistakes. I'm not too happy about the 4 weeks part. But it is here now. Maybe netural feedback would be better. I can't decide. I really don't want to ruin her reputation cause life got in the way. But still. She should of though about her being gone before listing it or something.

I don't know what I should do.

Thanks for allowing me to rant.

Be honest, do not leave positive feedback. I sell a lot on half.com, when we go away there is a little button you can click called 'vacation setting'. That way your listings do not show up and people can't buy your items while you are gone and unable to ship. I also buy a lot of things on half.com and wish more people would write accurate feedback, and sellers write accurate descriptions. I have gotten some books and CD's in very bad shape, when the seller had them listed as 'very good' or 'like new'.

Don't leave positive feedback! She did not do as she advertised. The book is not in the condition advertised. It took her over a month to get it to you (which in academic terms is 1/3rd of a semester). Negative feedback seems more appropriate!

At very least, she should refund you the extra cost for 1-2 day shipping. She clearly did not do that. Why should you pay for it?

I agree. Contact her and tell her you will be happy to leave positive feed back when she refunds your extra shipping costs. If she doesn't do so in a reasonable time I would leave HONEST feedback and hopefully save someone else from the stress she has caused you.
