I am interested in raising some Khaki Campbell ducklings so that I can later offer duck eggs for sale. I have an opportunity to sell at a really nice Saturday farmers market... with no set-up fee!!!!

1.) Where is the best source for buying quality Khaki Campbells? I am leery of buying from swaps or feed stores, as I need the best egg production I can get from real KCs, and I am a duck newbie too, so I don't know if I am a good enough judge to follow my gut in that situation?? I want to get a good deal, just not pay the price later with low quantity/quality of eggs.

2.) Where is the best source to get organic, or at minimum non-GMO, feed? Anywhere sell by pound or in bulk, fill your own container/bag? They will be on pasture too.

3.) Anyone who has any tips/advice/etc. on this crazy idea of mine, I'll gladly accept any/all help!

FYI: I'm in NorthCentral Ky (Lexington, Louisville, Cincinnati area). I already have 7 Pekin ducklings the new ones will hang with once old enough. Thanks :)
