Selling eggs online, seller protection?

Hey guys! So I've sold lots of eggs online and shipped over 90 shipments so far. I have unfortunately had issues twice, once a buyer claimed "not as advertised" on eBay and they were sided with and just yesterday with a buyer claiming "fraudulent charges" with their bank, not through Ebay but it was a PayPal f&f transaction. I am currently disputing this but don't have high hopes.
I know 9 times out of 10 the buyer is sided with.
Has anyone figured out how we can be protected as sellers, besides just selling local, which I also do. Is there a payment method that protects us, etc?

I have not sold on line, but just really put up a notice that you have no promises with your eggs before buying. People buying are supposed to agree they understand risks.

I have a disclaimer stating no guarantees due to shipping and reasons out of my control once they leave my hands. But does no good for some people I guess.

Does anyone have better luck selling using the goods and services option with PayPal instead of friends and family when it comes to problems like this? Or with Venmo?

You're not supposed to use friends and family when selling products.

I do know this but always heard it was a better option for us sellers of hatching eggs. The first occurrence was not friends and family, however, and still a negative result.

With animals like reptiles and such people are using venmo because they seem to take into consideration contracts and disclaimers.

I was told by a lawyer helping me with a PayPal dispute that I should use friends and family on Paypal. That is what I've been doing, good to know that I shouldn't be.

I haven't had any disputes with eggs but won four fraudulent disputes (in over ten years' time) filed against me in other things. Each time I have had tracking, receipts, emails, texts (I keep every text), screengrabs, signed agreements, etc. Whatever I have, I send. I stayed on top of the investigation when it went on. Three closed quickly with my supporting evidence. I spoke with a live person on the phone. Paypal and eBay like supporting evidence. Don't leave it to their computers to dig up what they might have.
