I put 9am for buyers locally so we don't have to scramble like crazy! Got peeps from ocala, daytona, st.pete and more that make the drive to come on out! It's a fun time............
 
I am debating on attending this but I am not sure if I want to make the drive. I am about 1.5 hours away. I have an open trailer and I am worried about the hens, roosters, adn rabbits in the back on the way home. The drive there should be ok. IF I do come, how many of you out there are interested in roosters such as Black Astrop, RIR, Mixed, Sex links, ect. MAYBE a large Cochin. I might bring some hens from my Black JG pen I am reworking. Missing feathers on the back and such. Maybe a few BCM Chicks if Avail. I also have pure Flemish Giant Rabbits with papers and some Pure NZ, Cross NZ.

Let me know if anyone would be interested as it might make me go........

i understand the heat issue! I will proball have one in the winter sometime also. I do get some peeps coming through. HOW???? i post in craigslist , here & i will be doing a couple feed store & racetrac...LOL I have a nice guy who sells quail who goes to several feed stores & is gonna take some flyers. Now, i can't control who comes but so far.............so good!

Might even have neighbor do sign in spanish and drop off at local groves. They love to eat roo's and i like to get rid of them

I was looking for Barred Rock hens for a while got some real nice ones today but had to get more than what i need ill bring a few to the swap have 2 young leghorn hens also debating on if i am going to keep them or not.. Who is bringing what????
 
Hey its only 2 weeks away! Whats going on this thread is deaddddddddddddd... we are going to have some mini rex babies ready to go to this swap too.. Heather wink wink lol
 
ive got four chicks that will be 10 weeks old on the 11th. i'm pretty sure atleast two are roosters so one of them is getting roasted. If anyone would like to demonstrate how to butcher it I'd be glad to learn me a thing or two;)
