Around here they say not to send them to school sick but they only get so many days that are allowed to be sick with a doc note. After that they will either make them stay back a year or have to attend summer school. Even if they have completed the work that was done while they where out. It's not fair at all. Then they get their little germy hands on everything and before you know it everybody is sick and it takes forever to get everybody well because it just keeps getting spread around like hot butter. Last year they closed the school for 3 days so they could disinfect everything. They should just let them stay home if they are sick with out having to pay a price for it.

It's not like that at our school. It's just the parents sending there kids to school sick. All summer long my kids were as healthy as could be not sick once. then back to school and instantely sick.
Now I have to scrub down our house to get rid of the awful bug and it takes forever. Our school is a very religous school and once a week they want to take our kids out of school for 1 hour and take them to church. I don't agree with this but, I know some parents do. I believe our kids go to school enough and when they are there they are there to learn, not go to church. We can take our own kids on our own time. Sorry for the rant......

Yeah, I finally get to try the egg swap!!!! I can't wait, my new incubator got done just in time.
I'm excited too. I'm finally getting that roo for my girls that i've been searching for. I won't have him till this coming weekend maybe, hopefully. I can send different eggs this time. DH is going to go and get him. Last time I had a problem with the roos transportation. It's working out this time.
