I'm 'planning' to stop hatching for the winter after I get these. I think they will be my last batch

I hatched chicks all winter long last year, and my lungs (and nose

) could use a break!

DH wasn't incredibly pleased with the color from our last three (!!!) shipments of eggs, we are sitting at 14 out of 31 fertile on day 15 now. I just had to indulge him since he was so cool about me and this swap. I originally was going to just surprise him with 6 but I spilled the beans and he said I should have gotten a dozen (how did I get so lucky?!)

, so I PM'd her back and was able to get more.

Don't want to ruin anyone surprise but I'm really curious to know how the eggs I sent arrived. This being my first shipping endeavor I'm nervous on my packing ability, I read so many tips of how to pack I think I was cross eyed for a bit!

Can I just put out a general plea to anyone who has gotten their eggs but not mentioned how they arrived or sent a photo please update?

Mine arrived, very nice looking eggs. I knew who my partner was before I got my eggs because I had just ordered eggs from them and they asked if they could send them together. It is great with me and the eggs all came together....I will post the picture tomorrow it is to late and I am to tired

that are still waiting on eggs to be shipped. I'm not saying when my eggs were sent, and I won't say when I get them either. I didn't use my name, so it wouldn't be too obvious. My son's last name is different from my own, so he will be getting a box of eggs any time now
