I had a perfect hatch! My little ameracauna hen is the best incubator! 14 eggs, 14 chicks within 12 hours! babies are 1/2 blue wheaton ameracauna and 1/2 standard silverlaced cochin! They are so cute! they have muffs and feathered legs!

I canedled my 14 bantam Ameraucana [BBS & Lav] eggs today. I ordered 12, she sent 2 extra. One was clear/infertile BUT a baker's dozen are developing beautifully!

My Australorp eggs have started to hatch! Two are out and in the brooder and I have seven more pips out of twenty eight eggs so far, I started with thirty but two did not develop. So excited!

Unfortunately for me my husband knows each time I hatch. The house is not big enough to hide a bator. LOL.
