September Hatch-A-Long!

I put it in with a EE yesterday, 15 eggs in the incubator

If the "double Yoker" hatches with two live chicks- I could get 16 out of 15 eggs

Yay! Looking forward to hearing about your hatch! Good luck.

I'm going to start incubating 16 button quail eggs today once i get my rcom mini all warmed up. I just completed my first hatch a couple days ago and had a 100% hatch rate (2 Ameracauna/Black Copper Marans mixes, 1 Jersey Black Giant/Black Copper Marans mix, and one button quail.) I'm gonna try my luck with these little eggs. I'm not expecting as good of a hatch rate this time around but hoping I end up with at least a few pretty females for a couple of my single roos. Good luck everyone with your hatches. :)

Hi ,i am on a wild chick chase so to speak. I live in lansing mi and need 2 chicks asap it looks like an early fall and I cant find any any were. I would love to have ees or americanas but I would alsow like to hand pick these chicks so if some one is in the ara or haz a friend near here please let me know. I alsow need it to b day old so I can trick my bros hen in to thinking thay r hers.i know this is a tall order but.....? who knows?thanks

Yes! 1 EE is growing, and my Dominique, Wyandotte are growing. Can't quite tell for double Yoker yet or other EE !

I'm pretty sure they'll be twins if they hatch. Or one may stop developing and the other one could absorb all the other yolk and maybe hatch later. I don't know. Just food for thought.

Is the double yolker a bigger egg than a normal sized egg? I've never had one.

If they do both develop, PLEASE video them hatching.
