I have 12 chickens eggs in incubator n 6 muscovy duck eggs in,they have been in now for 4 days....candleing the ck eggs tomorrow,ducks candled thursday night n they r growing...yipee

I have 4 RIR x eggs, 2 bantam eggs and 1 EE. I bought a thermostat for my bator this time so hopefully my second hatch will go better than my first. (2 out of 23 shipped eggs) Let the excitement begin again!

I set 13 eggs yesterday, 5 Millie Fleur's, 4 Light Brown Leghorn Bantams, 1 Golden Laced Wyandotte(GLW), 1 Dominique/GLW and 2 EE/GLW

hoping to set at least 19 eggs soon gota get my bator regulated..
haveing probs getting my temp up. any ideas should i try diff bulbs?? (useing 2 25w candle (shape) bulbs would a differnt type work better or should i try uping the watts??
my junkubator cost me $0 to make. 14inx 17 in x 29in. will hold over 40 eggs on homemade turners.
