Serama Chicks in N Central Ala

Yes, both the rooster and both hens (the other hen is a little darker feathers and is setting so I could not get a good pic of her) have darker legs but some of the chicks have light legs. I bought them from my brother in law who bought them at an auction as "Chocolate Sebrights".

Hmmm the leg color is consistant with sebrights, could it be possible they are mixed with sebright? My seramas either have pale flesh colored legs or school bus yellow.....

I guess it is possible. They were sold to my brother in law as "Chocolate Sebrights". I knew that they were not Sebrights because the rooster was not "hen feathered" and they have a single comb and the type did not seem consistant with Sebrights. I have Golden and Silver Sebrights also and know that they did not look like them. When I was researching to find out what they were, I posted pics on different forums and they concluded they were Serama so that is what I went with. I know that the plumage color on the Serama did not breed true abd there were hundreds of different colors but I did not know that the leg color was consistant. I learn something new every day! Thanks!
