Serama pipped on wrong side - UPDATE - 3 of 6 and hatch is over :(

Unfortunately the three little ones did not make it. I opened them up after a quick candling, and all had their very tiny heads down at the pointy end of the egg.

I cannot believe how tough it was to hatch even 50% of this setting. I think when it comes to seramas, I will let a broody do the work.

Now I will be praying that out of the newly-hatched trio of seramas, two are hens and one is a cockerel!
