Personally, I use the same rule of thumb as for the big girls: 4 square feet per bird indoors, plus 10 square feet per bird outdoors, and 1 foot of width per bird on the roost. Yes, Seramas are tiny, but they're very active and lively birds. They use the space!

Mine are crosses: part Serama, part OEGB, with several part d'Uccle.
 
Or you can do 2 square feet.

I use a rabbit hutch from TSC for a pair or trio, and build lots of pens. The more room you can give them the better.
You may want to have more later if you are building something now!
