(NOT the hen with the long back in the front left by the feeder...she is in there for warmth in the winter and not mine..she belongs to my best friend..she won them in a serama raffle)
Here is a quick shot of some of my birds. They are mostly B's with a small A class or two and maybe a few C's also. We are at a friends house camping out because we still have no electricity here in KY. I have been running home to feed the zoo every day and took a few shots of the group. I try to breed for serama type, personality, and size. The tame ones are the BEST!! Very sweet with personality. I breed for that! I really try not to breed the birds with long backs and I try to get the birds with the most hard feathered upright tails. Some of mine have the softer curving tails, which is pretty, but Im trying to get that one sickle feather to be straight up in the air. I think my birds' wings are a little too long or their legs are too short because they could stand to be a little more verticle in the wing when they are not posed, but they are pretty nice birds from what Ive seen at the shows. If anyone has any comments, Id love to have some input! Thanks and I love the pics on here!! Keep posting!
