Test with raw dairy to see if you do well with it.
Especially raw cultured dairy, that is full of probiotics.
Raw yogurt and kefir for example.
Eat raw lacto fermented veges.
Kombucha
Raw honey for sweetner if you need it.
Anti biotics should be avoided, in favor of raw probiotics.
Build up the immune system, rather then killing it off, which leaves open to more infections.
And last but not least.
